Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property on the Platform (except for User Generated Content) is owned by Siege Sports, which includes materials protected by copyright, trademark, or patent laws. All trademarks, service marks and trade names (e.g., the Siege Sports name and the Dude design) are owned and registered by Siege Sports. All content on the Platform (except for User Generated Content), including but not limited to applications, code, designs, graphics, interactive features, music, photos, scripts, software, sounds, texts, videos, and all other content ("Content") is a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws and is the proprietary property of Siege Sports; All rights reserved.

Manufacturer's LIMITED Guarantee:

Siege Sports will repair any garment that structurally fails due to a manufacturing inconsistency. Siege Sports is not responsible for normal garment wear and tear. It is up to Siege Sports’ discretion to determine if a garment has structurally failed due to a manufacturing issue.

Siege Sports reserves the right to examine merchandise to determine if a garment is defective due to materials or workmanship. Garments must be laundered before being returned.

Dealers who replace used, repairable garments do so at their own expense.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Siege recommends that you follow the below cleaning and storing instructions for all Siege uniforms:

DO NOT DRY CLEAN. DO NOT IRON. DO NOT WASH IN HOT WATER. DO NOT USE CHLORINE BLEACH. DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER. DO NOT WASH COLORS AND WHITES TOGETHER. DO NOT OVERLOAD WASHING MACHINE. DO NOT MACHINE DRY ON HIGH HEAT. DO NOT LEAVE WET OR DAMP GARMENTS IN AN EQUIPMENT OR TRAVEL BAG, IN A PILE WITH OTHER CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT OR IN A WASHING MACHINE FOR A PROLONGED TIME PERIOD.

Uniforms should be laundered immediately after wearing. Any contrasting color items are to be washed separately (only wash like colors together; belts and other equipment should be washed separately). Garments are to be washed and rinsed in cold water with mild detergent. For best results use a spray and wash additive to remove stains. Garments are to be removed right after wash cycle is complete. For best drying result, hang dry. If hang drying is not possible, dry on lowest possible dryer setting. Jerseys should be turned inside out before machine drying. Remove garments immediately from dryer upon completion of dryer cycle. Store garments in dry area.  

Siege will not be responsible for uniforms that are damaged due to improper care. Failure to follow suggested care instructions will void all guarantees.  

DISCLAIMER:

Siege Sports may, at any time and at its sole discretion, immediately terminate or suspend its relationship with the Customer. Termination includes, but is not limited to cancelling or refusing to ship any orders placed by Customer and terminated Customer's ability, if any, to purchase goods on credit or otherwise.

Changes &/or cancellations of orders must be made in writing within 48 hours. Anything after will be subject to a 50% surcharge.

PRICING & PAYMENT:

Siege Sports reserves the right to change its prices and policies without notice.

Siege Sports' payment terms are net 15 days. Payment is due within 15 days of purchaser's receiving their order. Payment can be processed via check, card or ACH transfer. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that your order is paid for. 

An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be added to past due balances. All open accounts past due will not be shipped until current and may revert to COD terms.

All orders that are not supplied a PO # require a 50% deposit with the balance due at the time of shipping notification. 

All orders are subject to acceptance by Siege Sports.

MINIMUMS:

Minimum order is 12 pieces per style, 50% upcharge for quantities of 4-11 pieces. No new orders will be accepted less than 4 pieces. For example, if customer orders 25 of a short sleeve shirt and wants 4 of them for coaches in a long sleeve, they will have a 50% upcharge for the 4 long sleeve shirts.

ARTWORK, DESIGN & ORDER APPROVAL:

The approved order sheet and approved artwork that is attached to this form is your final order approval that will be followed for production. Siege Sports shall not be responsible for purchaser's final decision to proceed with an order. Approval of order's artwork (including spelling, grammar, designed items), sizing and color is purchaser's responsibility. Siege is not responsible for any misinterpretations of artwork mock up proof.

GARMENT COLORING & SIZING:

Garment color and sizing may vary +/-3% due to fabric type, temperature and other atmospheric variables present during the manufacturing process. Due to the manufacturing process involved there can be fabric grinning present along the garment seams of darker colors (the grinning most often can occur along the stress points of the garment’s stitching and will be more visible if a uniform is stretched). Excessive garment wear and tear can cause the white backing of the fabric to become visible (especially on darker colors).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Standard delivery after roster turn in and artwork approval is 4-8 weeks. A business week consists of 5 business days. This does not include shipping time. All rush orders are subject to production availability. Please check with us first for availability. Priority shipping at the request of the customer will be added to the invoice. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for any order that is below 6 pieces.

LOSS/DAMAGE IN TRANSIT:

Siege Sports will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any damage or shortage in carton count must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and reported directly to the delivering carrier.
